One of the things I have tried to do more of is drawing. This past summer has been full of weddings, trips and general busy-ness that I haven’t had time to express my creative side. One of the things that I’ve decided to do is focus on drawing. I’ve started heading to Reddit Gets Drawn and picking out subjects to see if I can put my creativity to good use. So far, things have been a bit static in terms of drawing what I see. But hopefully I can expand on that as I get into a proper habit of illustrating.

Not the most detailed of drawings, but gets the point across during a quick sketch. Most of these only took half-an-hour or so. I want to try to loosen-up my drawing style a bit. Something more in line with what you may see in the New Yorker magazine.
